EXTENDED REACH (LOCALLY):The potential partner should have extensive knowledge and fruitful relationships within the areas and communities we are interested in working in and be able to disseminate the kinds of services we are interested in.
SCALABILITY:The potential partner should have effective channels for scaling up successful projects and approaches.
ENHANCED LIKELIHOOD OF SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES:The potential partner should have had past partnerships that have created a sense of shared ownership among stakeholders, in order to generate a stronger commitment to the project’s sustainability.
