Chief Operating Officer
It’s been a long time in planning, but on January 21, 2013 ARCHIVE Global appointed its first Chief Operating Officer to help lead the organization’s work and expansion. In her role, Lana will be responsible for overseeing, developing and setting the strategic direction for the day to day operations of ARCHIVE Global.
Lana comes to ARCHIVE Global with over 10 years of strategy and finance experience at Fortune 100 multinational companies such as American Express and Procter & Gamble. There, she managed the organizations’ international divisions out of New York, Paris and Toronto, leading teams across the organizations to implement major strategic and operational changes in structure, partnerships, pricing and business transformation. Lana has also evidenced her passion for the non-profit and international development sectors. She has previously founded and launched a social enterprise focused on developing startups and new entrepreneurs through pro-bono consulting and crowdfunding.
When she is not working, she spends her time traveling and learning about astrophysics and cosmology. Lana will be based in ARCHIVE Global’s New York office working alongside the organization’s Executive Director and reporting to the governing board. Welcome aboard Lana!
